Gallup New Mexco - Campgrounds???

Hello All....

We are currently at Zane Grey RV Park in Camp Verde, AZ. Moving on in a couple of days to Gallup, New Mexico. Any recommendations on campgrounds??????? Things to do in the area?????

Last Oct we stayed at the USA RV Park. It is at the West end of town, easy access. It was an enjoyable stay and the people were friendly and very helpful. They had their Cowboy Chuck wagon going and the prices and food were great, breakfast and dinner. Us to be a KOA but the owners had a falling out with KOA and went independent. Very clean facility. Why not try Grants. It's a very interesting area with El Malapais NM, El Morro NM,
Chaco canyon and the Acoma mesa top pueblo at Sky City(very nice) This pueblo is one of the largest and still in use. When in Grants we like the Bar S, the sites are huge pull thru's, 50 amp, wifi and cheap. Also nice people

We arrived at Red Rock State Park this afternoon. Very nice setting. Will visit all the good stuff in the area.....
