I have a 17 3790RD. Pulled into campground this afternoon and have no 12 volt power without plugging into shore power. Battery was at 12.2, is now at 15.4 after being on the charger for several hours. Still no 12 volt power.
The little green light on the breaker panel is flashing continuously fast. Where is the converter? Is it there beside the flashng light?
I don't know where to start looking. Not very good at troubleshooting. Any help appreciated.
The disconnect switch is in the proper position. The level up system works with shore power, but not just off the battery. When I try it with shore power the battery voltage goes below 12.
I only have one battery & I had it on the charger tonight for several hours. The level up control panel gave me a reading of15+ after the charge. I am going to have it checked tomorrow.
Is there a breaker somewhere between the battery & the fuse panel or converter?
Did you check power going from the battery into the 5er with a voltmeter. level up is on it own circuit. So just because you have power there doesn't mean you have power going into the rig.

It is very possible that you have lost the 12 volt breaker that should be mounted on the wall near your battery. One of the leads on the load side will be going to the hydraulic pump motor and there should also be another lead on the same terminal of that breaker that goes to the main panel through the battery disconnect switch. If that breaker has failed, not making a connection to your battery, the 12 volts from the converter will power the hydraulic pump as well as 12 volt loads inside your rig, but the power will not make it to the battery. There will also be another breaker near the one that goes to the pump and panel that serves small loads and has no effect on the problem one. If the pump/panel breaker has failed, you might as well upgrade it to an 80 amp breaker, as the high loads on it may have caused the failure. In the photo, the larger breaker is the 80 amp version, next to a small one. There is also a photo of the small breaker without the red plastic cap and also a photo of an 80 amp breaker.

Hello Everyone. I am having the same issue as op. I even had an electrician check all fuses.
When I found this post I immediately looked at my set-up because it sounded like the same issue. However, when looking at my set up it is slightly different. Are my connections the same? I have attached a photo.
My trailer is a 2019 3130RE

We need more info to help you troubleshoot.
-Do you have 12 volt when on shore power?
-Are your batteries charging, what is your battery voltage when not on shore power? Use a voltmeter or read it in the level up panel
-Have you checked your battery disconnect switch in the convenience panel?
Generally better to start a new thread with a new problem.

My apologies for piggy backing on this thread. I posted here because I thought it would be helpful to compare photos from the earlier poster’s reply.
I have power when plugged in to shore power, but as soon as I unplug I have nothing. We tested the two 12 volt batteries (both owned less than a year) which are tied in together. They read 12.2 on each under no load. We pulled the battery disconnect switch and checked the power, it had no power with switch in on and off positions. Batteries will not charge when RV is plugged in to shore power. I removed both batteries and put one on a charger. It read 44% charged, but is increasing every few minutes. I am heading down to purchase a volt meter for my own and will test more. Thanks again, and again my apologies for pigging backing. -Chef

When you get your meter check to see that you have +12 volts on both posts of both of those auto reset circuit breakers. If you have +12 on the battery side but not the load side then you have an open breaker.
I don’t know that any two of these are wired exactly alike.

No need to apologize but before jumping to a breaker replacement there are other things to check.
Where do you live in the valley? We lived in Hanford and Lemoore awhile back.
We live about 2 hours north of Hanford, in Turlock, which is just south of Modesto.
Are you currently in AZ? We are heading there in about a week. Our son is visiting a school on a recruiting visit.

I checked the posts, the left breaker that goes from battery to coach (not the one that leads to the hydraulic jacks) appeared dead. I removed it and took it down to have it double checked. Yep, dead as a door nail. I purchased 2 breakers for $4 each. I will replace as soon as the temp outside drops a bit. I’ll give you all a follow up. Thanks everyone!! Fingers crossed it works.

We have been in AZ for almost 20 years now.

Glad you got it fixed.
BTW the blinking green light in your breaker panel is your converter charge wizzard mode indicator.
There is a black rubber push button next to it. You can force it through the different modes.
