Freezer drawer sticks

I have a Samsung double door, Freezer on bottom residential refrigerator and the freezer door sticks requiring more force than it should to open. It seems to stick on the left side.
Has anyone felt with this?

No problems with mine. Sounds like you have an issue with the left side chassis track and you need to remove the drawer and check to make sure the chassis track is secure on that side.

Can you remove your ice bin from the freezer without issue, when the door is open? If not you need to pull pretty hard on the sides of the freezer drawer to get it to extend fully. I went about center ways down on door on both sides and gave it a solid tug, and mine has operated great ever since.
