Larry I would grease these points annually. In some instances some owners have found they were unable to get grease into one or more of the wet bolts. That seemed to happen on the hanger end and not on the MOR/ryde LRE fittings where there are the two fittings.

My 3402RL has (6) per side and I actually had 3 missing fittings, the rest were only finger tight. The originals facing outward were difficult to grease so I replaced all of mine with 90's to make it easier to grease them.

Units not equipped with the MOR/ryde would only have 4 fittings, one at each spring hanger.

Personally I see no reason to jack up the Monty, I do not.
