electric roaster/slow cooker

We have just returned from our first trip with our Montana and what I'd like to pass along is a tip. We love to use a slow cooker when on vacation because you cook in the AM before going out to do whatever you planned for the day & when you return it is instant dinner. We also love having a electric roaster because it is another oven, and the ovens in campers are sooo small and don't self clean. We purchased a 6 gt nesco roaster with nonstick interior and the ability to use it on 2 low settings as a slow cooker. It worked wonderful in both capacities and cleaned up very easily. I highly recommend buying one. We roasted a 7 lb ham for Easter with no problem.
