zone 1 air conditioning

I have a 2014 3402 RL unit. My zone 1 air just doesn't seem to cool like it should. When I change the fan speeds, there is not a lot of difference between low and high. In fact I have to listen really hard to hear the change. On zone 2 the change is very noticeable. Of course the the dealer says everything works fine and it's Keystone's fault because they didn't put enough vents in the living room. Does anyone else notice this or am I just being too picky.
