6 leveling jacks are sliding up?
I have seen this before, but I forget what the solution is for this? I could tell my 5th wheel had moved, and went out and looked at the leveling monitor, and it usually is within .1 degree both sideways and front to back, but this morning it was at -1.1 degrees front to back. Now at our new RV park, we have been here three hours, and it has gone from -.1 degrees front to back, to -.4 degrees. How do I stop this slow leaking of the jacks?

If on dirt or some soft ground, settling can happen.

We have 4" x 6" x 20" solid wood blocks with handles on them for each jack, so settling is not usually an issue. I could tell it is sagging, so i just went to manual and jacked up the front back to level, and we will see how it does tonight?

The first thing I always do when I get a new/used camper is to get it level using a 4 foot level on the floor in various places, front to back and side to side. Once I am satisfied it is as level as its going to get, I install two Hopkins graduated level gauges. 1 on the side and 1 on the front of the unit. Now I will know what level is with just a glance.
With this being said I would not put total faith in the level up screen as to weather the unit is level or not.
Also, as mentioned, if your legs are on soft ground with no blocks under them, they will sink over time. Re-leveling while staying stationary for long periods of time is normal.

Sounds like you may have a check valve with a slow leak. I would call Lippert and see what they say.
