Question no display on levelup touch pad

Not sure if this the right place for this but here goes. The touch pad for the level up lights up and everything seems to work but no writing in the little window. I know if you push the up arrow it goes to like manual and some other things but I don't remember what they are. I guess if someone could tell me like up one time and up two times what is on the screen I could at least still use the camper till I get in touch with lippert.
I unplugged the power and let it set a few times hoping that it would reset but no such luck. Or has this happened to anyone and what was the fix? Im figuring at least a new touchpad.

2015 Montana 3611 lippert six point leveling system, also no remote

Turning it on you are in auto mode. To get to manual mode is hitting up arrow then enter on keypad. To do a reset to it, reach around behind it and remove the comm/power input for a period of time. Only cable on the rear.

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking if nothing else I can put it in manual mode but I couldn't remember how to get there.
I did the reset three or four times but of course that didn't help with the screen, so I guess a call to lippert tomorrow and see what they say.

Try rebooting by pulling the cable behind the keypad, ie cutting off power, wait a few minutes and plug back in.

Plan on keeping a spare touchpad. I have had two fail in the past. We never leave home without the spare tucked away.

That's an idea I hadn't thought of! How much are the pads?

Our keypad failed too just like as explained so thank goodness we had purchased the extended warranty. The deductible charge was supposed to be $34, but our dealer paid the cost since we install the pad for them.

yep mine display went out about 9 months ago and I was doing it by memory because I have done it so many times on the touch pad but I got tired of that and went to E bay and lucked out and found a new one for $130.00 and free ship and has been all good since then takes about 5 min to replace

Talked with dealer and lippert today, checked with dealer to see if they had one, they would have to order it at 278 plus shipping. already had looked online and knew lippert was cheaper, 206 plus shipping
Tech from lippert said if you unplug it and it doesn't reset its a bad touchpad, I suppose it just depends on whats wrong with it.
Of course mine is out warranty so I guess my spare will be my old one, Ill just write down and keep with it how many times you push the up button and what function it goes to

Thanks for the info guys! Probably going to get a spare as if it is going to happen to me, it will do it away from home.

I unplugged mine an sprayed it with di-electric grease repluged and it has worked. Much cheaper fix than a new display board. this can be found at NAPA auto or electrical supply a little pricey but cheaper than a new board. I use it on all my electrical connections.

Mine is doing the same thing. Before that I got the "LF jack error" code. My auto level system has worked about 50% of the time in the year we have had our HC. Why do we have to keep putting up with this krap? It's bad enough we shell out big bucks for our rigs, but we have to keep buying the same defective components over and over. Anyone considered a class action lawsuit??
