Roll a way counters

Some new Mountaineers have roll a way counters in the middle. Are these stable? How do they travel, etc? Thanks.

Been on two trips now, and it works pretty good. Rolls up between entertainment seating and dining room table, wheels lock, plus a strap. We have been happy with that feature, and the ability to easily move it around to suit our needs. So far, it has not moved during travel, despite California 's lousy freeways, nor did the windy roads along the coast bother it.
