Mounting a Scooter on back of rv

We are about to order our 3295RK Montana. My husband would like to have a ramp mounted on the back of the Montana to hold a scooter. The scooter is not the small..tiny kind of scooter.. but its not the biggest of scooters. Its about medium size. Does anybody know if this is possible..and not hurt the towing ability..or hurt the Montana in anyway ? We really need to have some kind of extra transportation other than the truck.. which I use to go to work on. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much. Florence
