Yes, as stated by Baldicon, when you register for the Rally you will sign up and pay for the Rally dates September 11-18th.
New this year, you will also be given the option to sign up and pay for early arrival on September 10th - 1 additional day or early arrival on September 9th - 2 additional days.
If arriving earlier than September 9th, you will contact the fairgrounds and pay them for those days.
