We had the pleasure (or is it misfortune) to stay overnight at the Golden Isles Campground in Brunswick Ga. on RT 303 and unfortunately it was not a place that I would recommend to anyone. Trailer Life rates it slightly above average and it should be below average in all categories. The RV's are parked in such ways that you have no view except your neighbor's rear window about ten feet away. RV's parked partially on the roadway. Tractor trailer (w/o the trailer) parked next to you and started in the early am just to be left there idling. All kind of road noise and heavy equipment nearby. It appeared to us the park is being used to accomodate construction workers for extended period of time. The most disturbing thing we saw, was a sign hung on a makeshift dog house near our rig that said, "Beware of the dog"! I didn't bother looking inside!
