I come just come back home a find a problem front of my 3440RL 2017
the wall on driver side over the propane compartement is moving a quarter inch. between the aluminium molding. My dealer think it is a structural problem. The warranty just end 3 month ago. Somebody can help me how to proceed with Keystone.
The frame warranty is longer. Keystone paid to have my 2010 taken apart and looked at in 2015 due to movement as you describe and damage to an interior closet wall. Turned out that's not what it was, but Keystone paid to look.
We had to have our frame repaired a little over a year ago. We had a major frame failure on the road side in front of the propane tank. Fortunately, we were able to locate a mobile RV tech who was also a welder, who spent the better part of the day repairing our frame. The photo shows circled where the frame member broke completely in two, and the arrow shows where the only weld to the broken frame from the gusset was, and that weld failed, which probably contributed to the frame breaking. He was able to weld three sides of the rectangular tube, then welded the large gusset to the tube. He then cut a couple gussets out of 1/4" steel plate that he welded to reinforce the gusset to the frame tube. We also dropped the pin box and he discovered a number of cracks in the frame, which he also ground and welded. The frame does not move now, so what he repaired is still holding.

I have heard somewhere that movement of a small (1/2 in.???) is normal. I had frame flex on my old Monty. When you lowered it from the truck onto the ground, the bedroom closet side wall buldged out a good inch and eventually sort of splintered/cracked it completely. My dealer whom I trust removed the front cap and welded the broken area with extra framing (for $1600).

Our '16 3790RD had to go back to the factory for similar repairs. As it turns out, this type of problem is not that unheard of. Several of us in this forum alone have had this happen.
