Gray/Black water pull handles

Does anyone know of a schematic or diagram for the tank valve cables in the convenience center. They are very hard to pull/push and probably need replacing, but not sure of the procedure. Any information will be appreciated.

Had the same problem. Dealer simply used steel wool on exposed section at handle in convenience center and solved hard pull/push problem.

Unfortunately, there are no schematics of any system in our rigs. As one person at the factory stated, "It's all in one of the craftsman's head."

We replaced ours with Barker manufacturing Auto Drains, which are after market, bolt on electric valves. We are quite happy with them.

I took off the back cover of the convenience center. Took off handles and removed cables from wall so Aston be able to put oil down tube between cable and housing. Worked great. Also helps to put cooking oil in tanks as it will lube the slide valves where they close off the tanks, also very helpful .

Did what Larry suggests. It worked.

Thanks all for the suggestions. That Baker drain looks interesting, but I just wonder how to access the slide valve itself.
