Have you tried lighting the stove first to purge the line of air?

On top of the fridge do you have the button on auto if it is the fridge will lite by itself when there is no power. when you put it on gas make sure the tanks are turned on slowly so you have gas to it. if you have gas to the stove it should lite. has the tanks been off if they have you have to turn them on real slow or they will shut down.

If you try all the above sugestions and still can not get it to lite you might check the small valve on the back of the refrigerator it is a small screw that only turns a 1/2 turn but if it is off you will get nothing. After having the recall work done on my refrigerator the service tech must have shut this off and I just found it by trail and error. Hope this helps.

thanks for all the help but nothing seem to work called the service guy and i think we have it narrowed down to a pinched hose. Was getting gas to the hot water heater but not the frigh or the stove which happen to be on the same slide out. I pulled out the slid and every thing works.
