Well we hit the road tomorrow --- June 11th for northern California. Gonna go up hwy 395. First night in Bishop. Then up to the Reno area for a few nights of donating money. Then on up to Lassen National Park. Gonna spend a few days in and around that area. We have some friends up in that area and hope to stay at their place for a few days and see the area from a local's point of view.
Next we head down to the Bay area for a mini family reunion/50th wedding anniversary for my wife's cousin.
Then on down the central coast of CA for a week or so ending up at our daughter's place in Simi Valley. It's our granddaughter's first birthday! That should be exciting. At least it won't be as hot as it was last year in Phoenix when she was born!
Then be back home about the 15th of July. We'll rest up and get ready for our big trip to the Rally!
We do plan on staying touch on the MOC but sometimes the old cell phone just won't make a connection. Everyone drive safely and have a great time over the coming weeks. Have a great 4th of July!
