Garmin Map Updates 2009 Hurry

I bought the Garmin 760 about 2 months ago with 2008 Maps. I just logged on and found out I was eligable for free update to 2009 Maps, but only through today. Its based on the serial number and may be timed based on date of register, or date of purchase, or JUST TODAYS DATE! I have no idea - so if you recently purchased a Garmin Product you should log into your account to see if you qualify for the free update. Otherwise its about $90.

I'm sorry, I should have mentioned that in my other post today about the Garmin Nuvi 760 at Costco. I bought a Garmin 760 also and found out by accident last night while I was registering it online at garmin.com that they come with a free updating of maps. But the catch is it's only good for a short while after you buy the Garmin. I downloaded the new info last night and I am ready to go somewhere now....
