it comes up from time to time and if it's under warranty I'd make the dealer fix it. It could be the unit isn't tight on the gasket, but you don't want it too tight. It could also be that the drain holes are blocked where the condensation is supposed to drain out onto the roof. There are a couple of more things, but they would be rare.

Here is another recent thread about a similar issue.

Hope it is the only issue with your new 3160. We are enjoying ours up here just north of you in Indiana.

On two of my units, I drilled additional drain holes to aid in water removal. I did slide a piece of sheet metal under the pan first to ensure I did not go into the roof itself.

This happened on our first trip with our new 2017 3611rl. It was hot and humid and we had the door open (don't ask me why). I believe the unit froze up. Left the unit off for about 1 hour closed the door and had no other problems.

Just had this happen yesterday only water was coming out of one of the ceiling vents not the return. 4th vent from the rear unit. Had fan set on constant run so didn't think I had iced up. Pulled the ceiling vent cover off and my problem was obvious. The duct had separated about 1/4 of an inch around the entire seam. The hot, humid air out of the attic was mixing with the cold air in the duct. I assume when they spliced the duct at the factory they joined the pieces with tape on the outside of the duct. Didn't have any foil tape with me but two layers of duct tape seems to have fixed the problem. Hoping the tape will last on the inside of the duct as I don't want to remove ceiling panels to tape it on the outside.
