HDMI hooked up to what?

I have a 2022 3121RL and I am trying to figure out what does the hdmi 2 that’s hooked up from the factory used for? Antenna uses coaxial.

If it on the back of the main TV, we have the Nintendo plugged in there.
HDMI 1 goes to the Dish satellite
HDMI 3 goes to the Blu-ray player.

In your case maybe it goes to the radio for the builtin DVD player?

No DVD player in new Rv. HDMI 2 goes in the wall. Satellite has to have receiver next to tv.

Does the hdmi wall plate have multiple hdmi connectors? If so it may be a hdmi splitter allowing more than 1 hdmi to go to the tv.

This is just a guess as you have a much newer unit than I, but is it the connection to the stereo system so the TV sound goes out through the stereo? It should be plugged into an HDMI-ARC port on the TV.

BINGO it has an optical and hdmi 2. I don’t think I will tell much of a difference between the 2 and I could use another hdmi connection. Thank you
