I had my axles analyzed by a shop using computerized alignment. The alignment was significantly out of alignment. Keystone sent me back to dealer and dealer used crude measurement process. Keystone accepted the dealer’s measurements. Keystone made comment in writing agreeing to make repairers if changed out the axels. When the tires failed after about 10k miles I called keystone and it was they had amnesia. I wanted it done right so I went back to alignment shop for repair. In opinion Keystone, is not customer focus and they are not honest.

Keystone told me today that I never called in about this issue. I never contacted them until after repairs were done. They deleted the call logs !!! I was blown away !! Needless to say Iím taking a different route to get this settled along with phone records showing calls to keystone and mooryde and then back again to keystone.

Youíre right they donít care, they have already been paid !!
