Mirror closet door LATCHES
Just browsing our local RV dealership- Guess what we found- Yep!!! A new company is marketing a new version- The latch is by "Shower Enclosures America, Inc. of Ontario, Ca. The latches come 2 in a package @ $11.99- I installed and feel they may last longer than the original clear plastic we have been installing on a regular basis- No, I have no connection to this product- Try them- Could be the answer to a recurring problem- Good luck finding them at your local RV dealership- Don

H John Kohl has some of them. You can get them from him if he has any left.

That company is "up the road" from my house (about 60 miles) in Ontario, CA. Next time I visit my Mom about 10 miles from there, I should swing by and check them out.
What is the parts description? While you got lucky and found them at an RV store, what would I look for on the internet? If I am able to stop by the factory, is there a part number I can ask about?
Thanks!

The new Montanas are now equiped with black latches. These are the ones that H. John Kohl has and are available from the factory. We put them in our 3280 before we traded for the new one. They will last a long time as they are not a stiff plastic, more flexible than the original.

The ones I have were sent by the factor to the NE Rally and request a donation to the MOC. They arrived late and were offered to the GL and VA rally with the same consideration. The remaining two will be at Goshen with the same stipulation.

I contacted the latch people and I am trying to find out how I can get them since their factory is reachable. I also asked them if they could provide an RV parts supplier around where I live that could have them.
Here's a link on what they look like (if the hyperlink does not work, copy the link below into your browser and search that way):

Actually since they are standard equipment on Montanas now, you can just go to a Keystone dealer and order them for your unit. Order the ones on a 2009 or 2010 Montana.
