Norcold 1210 No cooling, No Error codes

We have a 2010 Montana 3605 with a Norcold 1210 Double door refrigerator.
Last week it stopped cooling with refrigerator temp rising to the mid fifty's and the freezer temp in the low thirty's.
I was able to get it working again by turning off both the battery and 120 volt power to the trailer(a reboot) for about 2 hours and leaving the frig off for another hour. Last night I just left the frig off for 2 hours with no effect. The frig temp is now at 59 degrees. The Norcold rep had no ideas. He didn't think that the power off procedure should have had any effect. Are there any thoughts?

Perhaps it is the thermistor? This happened to us.

Thanks for the response. What was your Refrigerator doing?
In looking at the diagnostics it seems that the fin temperature is almost correct.

If you stuff the freezer, even with frozen food, the temps will rise.
