Remote Control on 3455SA

The remote which controls landing gear, lights, awning. etc. on our 2009 has quit working for the second time. The first time we took it to a dealership where they replaced the "motherboard": not in the remote itself, but mounted inside the storage compartment beneath the hitch.

The way we found out it wasn't working was, go out in the morning and the big scare light and the LED light over the hitch were both on and wouldn't turn off. We can still control everything manually, and don't want to tear down to go to a dealer until we're ready to head back east in the spring. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. (Needless to say we did the whole reset thing on the remote with no luck.)

Rubber Tramps,
First replace the battery in the key fob. Can you perform the reset/reprogramming procedure? Here is a link to it: http://www.lci1.com/LIP/0113.pdf If you cannot perform the reset procedure or it doesn't correct the problem then remove all power from the rig, including disconnecting the batteries, and let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Reconnect all power and then perform the reset/reprogramming sequence again. If that doesn't fix the problem then it is probably the receiver again. I hope this helps and let us know what you find out.
