Power for Rear Camera

I got a 2018 Montana 3721RL with the rear Furion Camera system. I bought it Oct 18 and it was missing the inside monitor which took 3 months to finally get. Now that I got around to trying to hook it up and do the pairing I have figured out there is no power to the camera. I have taken the camera out and tested wires finding no power with truck hooked up, running, etc. I do have all other rear lights, backup light, etc. working.

For the rear DC power is this line directly from the vehicle with no fuses in between? Where would it be best to first chase the power line from the rear top cap area (hotline is green with a white stripe)? Does it split off of the backup light wire?

I took the camera down and hooked to another DC source and the camera blue light came on and paired with the monitor thus it is a "power" issue.

I could take it back to the dealer and wait 3-4 weeks but I rather attempt to find the issue myself rather than deal with them. Thanks,

On my rig, the camera is only powered when the running lights are on.

Thanks, you are the charm. That fixed my power issue. My truck has the auto light deals and when I went back out to check it was coincidentally very cloudy and the truck and trailer lights auto came on to include the camera. Much thanks. So simple!
