Inspecting Montana in PA-what a hassle

Not sure of other states but Pennsylvania you need to have your trailer inspected once a year.Don`t want to go back to my selling dealer for lots of reasons.Called 4 other dealers in my area. They all said"bring it back to where you bought it"How nice of them. One dealer did say they would inspect it,but I would have to drop it off and would be a 4 week wait.OO brother. The dealer that did my warrenty work is from delaware and they don`t do PA inspections. Not really asking any questions here just venting.
