Support for sliding door

My unit has a sliding wooden panel/door between the bedroom and kitchen/dining area. Panel is supended from the ceiling by two glide hangers and a rail secured to ceiling. Rail came out of ceiling during travel while in the stored position. Suggest a wooden/nylon base below stored panel to support the panel to relieve weight on overhead rail. Shouldn't cost much and would eliminate issues.

We had a similar problem a couple of years ago. I took the door off and was able to reach in with my Makita and I installed a bunch more screws. Others have reported using a 2x2 or 2x4 to wedge the metal silde in place.
