One last comment and I am done with this thread.
I still stick to every word I posted previously however, If I had two valve stems fail on the same vehicle within minutes, hours, days or weeks I too would be replacing all the remaining stems. What I am trying to convey is just because a dozen or so individuals have reported problems with their valve stems is no reason for any of the rest of us to be concerned.
Considering we have possibly heard of a dozen incidents for the sake of arguement I'll inflate (no pun intended) that and make it 50 incidents. 50 rigs with 5 stems each is 250 valve stems and not all those were necessarily bad. Now considering Montana alone builds approximately 1000 rigs a year. They built their first Monty around 1998 or 9 years ago. That's close to 9000 Montys with 5 valve stems per rig. That's 45,000 valve stems. 250 (remember that's inflated) out of 45000 is a drop in the bucket and we haven't even considered all the Mountaineers, Big Skys and all the rest of the Keystone line.
ENUFF SAID,
I will now step down from my
