Welcome from sunny ( not today snow showers ) eastern Washington. Congratulations on your new RV. Be careful going over those big hills at this time of year. You may find some of that snow.

Welcome to the forum. Where you are buying your rig, we had work done there in 2007. That's Grant Pass right? They were very helpful and treated me fairly. Replaced 2 axles, 4 springs and we stayed in the trailer overnight, with water and power. On the road the next day by noon and under $1200.00. Great staff.

I know that this may sound kind of weird...but at least speaking from our experience...we had a 3402RL specially built for us in Goshen...and were all gogglely eyed when it arrived. However, after living in it for 19 months...several items manifested themselves which needed replacements or adjustments. In this regard, we have attended two National Rallys during which time Keystone took care of ALL the items that we mentioned to them at each rally...at no charge. So, I highly recommend that ...if at all possible...you may consider attending the next National Rally and have Keystone make any required adjustments or replacements. During our time on the road ...I have heard...over and over again ...how new owners have been highly dissatisfied with dealer service after the sale. ...And Good Luck! ...And Have Fun with your new rig!

There is one more comment I should have made related to the National Rally. In addition to the special attention from Keystone...the Rally allows a person to receive lots of good information from presentations...and have lots of good interactions with other Montana owners. During our first rally...I took 57 pages of notes...which I continue to carry with me and occasionally refer to even until this day.
