been fulltiming for 4 years now and have had both Dometic and Norcold frig's and every few monthsI have to defrost them and yes making ice cubes makes more frost after I make a batch of cubes I put them In ziplock bags and that helps keep down on frost when I do defrost I turn off the fridge and get the hair dryer out and put it on medium heat and get it done in about 20 min no big deal
