You may have to raise the trailer on the levelers to get grease to flow, just raise on side to lift tires and then the other. I make the assumption that bad zeros weren't installed...

What I found on myne was the zerk ball stuck and would not take grease. I replaced all the zerks with good ones and have not had any problem snise.

On our rig, I started out with a one handed grease gun, and switched to a two handed lever style gun. It works so much better. This is still assuming the zerks are good. Also, the reason for lifting the rig is because they may have gotten some of the wet bolts turned so the load is on the holes where the grease is supposed to come out.

I replaced the grease fittings where the tires made it hard to access with 90 degree fittings, what a difference !

That is a great idea I had to use a flex head to access some of them
Thanks

I replaced mine with 45s. The fitting are for the most part universal in size.
If you have level up then, jack it up so most if not all on the weight is off the tires and the grease should go in much better.

I also had trouble getting half of them to take grease. I even tried a small punch to break the ball loose with no luck. I replaced all of them. I found that some were not even finger tight. I will also install 45 degree zerks the next time a add grease.

Who even knows if they were greased from factory or upon installation?
