Southwest Blizzard

Are there any MOCers who are snowbirding in the path of the current blizzard? If so, hope you are warm and safe.

We do not get blizzards in this part of Florida which is why we are here.

We're in it, but the Monty is still just sitting on it's pad waiting for us to go in February. Was much more of an ice storm here, but so far the power is still on. Since we added the Monty, we have a total of three generators now so the homestead should operate fully whatever happens.

No Blizzard over here on the Atlantic Coast of Florida either, part of the reason we got out of Western NY early in the season.

Flew over the area today on trip from Calif. to Minn., looked like a sheet of ice out there but traffic seemed to be moving normally. Quite a sight. Miles of it. Sun was shining, but still alot of ice. Larry

Southern Colorado got dumped on but just 5 -8 inches here in Colorado Springs. Monty is resting comfortably in the storage lot. I visit often... come on Spring!

Portland, OR has the driest December on record according to the news. Temps are down to freezing tonight. No snow here.
