Should it be like this?

We just took delivery of our 2010 3605Rl. Everything works well but I noticed something with the Dometic Convection Microwave. Although it mounts flush to the wall and cabinet the door when open slopes down and inside of the cavity slopes toward the opening. The slide is level. I would expect the interior to be level and the door to open level? Anyone else notice this?

We have the Dometic Microwave without the convection and it is not as you describe. The door opens evenly and there are no slopes inside.
I wonder if the microwave is not attached properly at the top of the wall plate it attaches to. The plate could also be pulled away from the wall also.
If you look you will see this metal wall plate on the back of the microwave oven.

That's the interesting thing. The microwave is flush with the back wall. I can't see the plate due to the cabinet beside it. I guess I'll just let the dealer handle it.

In our 09 3605Rl, the door would bind up with the side moulding and not open fully, so we took it to CW in Las Vegas (monty dealer) and they told us that they had to reposition the oven. I don't completely know what they did, but it was a good and continues to be a good repair. Sorry I don't have any more information about the repair process. Good luck.
