We are so impressed. We are in Goshen for the Montana Rally but before we left the Minneapolis area, we had our dealer, Quality RV order parts for a nice long scrape we got while touring Alaska. Our dealer marked the order for pick-up instead of sending and we went there this morning to pick up the order. Don couldn't find them anywhere and neither could Dora fron the parts department. Next Jerry from receiving got involved and looked all over the area for our parts. Everyone went over and beyond the call of duty but they could not find anything for Quality RV. Next George in the office got involved. With four people helping us, their only concern was helping solve our problem and not how or why it happened. They soon had fixed us up with a duplicate of our order so we could be on our way. Dora even cut a long piece of metal down for us so it would fit in our truck. Just as we were about to leave, we finally found out that Quality RV is a DBA name and the order was under their Corporate Name which we had never heard of. Anyway, the bottom line is that even though it was not in any way Keystones fault that they couldn't find our parts, they went out of there way to please us. Thank you so much Keystone. You sure have great people working for you.
