Top of Slide Wiper Seal Not Foldinig In

Does anyone have a problem with the top wiper seal not folding in properly??
On my bedroom slide the wiper seal does not fold in so when the slide goes out the wiper seal is rolled in an upward position. Anyone else have this problem?? Someone had said that the slide is to close to the top of the slideout frame, that's why this is happening.
Has anyone put anything on the slideout roof to make contact with the wiper seal so it folds under as the slide comes in?? And makes contact also when the slide goes out. Any help would be appreciated.

See you have a 2013, is this a new problem? Sometimes after a long storage they will resist correct positioning and you have to pull out manually. 303 or silicon spray helps with flexibility.

I replaced all of the top seals on our rig, due to rotting from exposure to the sun. If you can't soften the seal, it is available by the foot from Trekwood. A screw on either end and the seal pulls off the metal flange, and the new seal just pushes back on, and you reinstall the screws. Just make sure you cut the seal exactly the same length or just slightly shorter. http://www.trekwood.com/products/137...lip-On-1225-Bx

Have always used Tetford slide seal conditioner on ours and we got 6 years of Kansas summers and New Mexico winters out of them and they were still good when we traded the rig. Now I'm using it on the new one.

I have had this exact issue since new. Also a 2013 Monty (mountaineer). I am almost positive the opening is too small. There is not enough space at the top and it presses upward almost on the seal. I did notice they apparently have double seals all around now, so it is still sealed. Am pretty sure my 2006 did not have double seals.
OH, my dealer looked at it and agreed and could not adjust the slide enough to help.
