We also looked at the 3711FL model for the 2 sofa beds but the cut up outside seating/awning area was a major issue for us. Went with the 3791RD instead. Yeah..the extra steps require some care. Almost fell backwards down the den steps when vacuuming sev=ral times. Takes some getting used to.
