recall notice thank you

i was on the forum the other day and came across some members mentchioning the recall site. i happened to check and seen the recall for the 9100 series pro awning motor recall, it says at some time the motor can fail and will allow your awning to unroll.so i called my dealer today and told them about the recall and he said no problem he will check and have the parts ordered and they will do it when my 4 bedroom closet doors arrive and they will do the recall the same time they replace my doors

If you goggle 9100 awning recall you can get the recall, but some other articles such as this one: http://rv-pro.com/news/dometic-provi...-awning-recall are easier to understand.

Thanks for the link. It appears this problem is limited in scope. But you can check if you are affected by following this:

This potential condition affects only the power awning products manufactured between February 13, 2013, (306XXXXX serial #) through April 9, 2013, (314XXXXX serial #). The serial # appears on a label on the right underside of the fabric and on the roller tube.
