Broken Level up jack

Hi all! I hit a rock and bent my passenger side middle jack. (Darn things are toooo low) Have any of you done this before and managed to fix it yourself?

I'm guessing this is the hydraulic jack? If so, it is a simple unbolt, disconnect the hydraulic lines, and remove and replace. There should be a sticker with the model jack, as the front jacks are different than the other jacks. If it's just the foot pad, this may be the replacement, https://store.lci1.com/footpad-kit

If it is the entire jack assembly, I believe this is the one, https://store.lci1.com/8k-aluminum-j...mounting-holes

Where you get the parts at is up to you, but I would at least start at your dealer, and in any case, make sure the parts are the exact replacement.

I recently had to replace two jacks and Lippert was really helpful in determining the correct one. On mine, a 2012 3582, the back two jacks on both sides are the same model. The front two are different models.
