Alberta, Welcome to the MOC family.
I searched my brain (that took all of a nano second) and than I searched the archives and I can find no model #30.5.
We all would be only to happy to assist you but we will need a correct model number.

One thing I can say is "if it's a Montana it's a wise choice"

Or it might be a 30.5 ft Montana or Mountaineer, also. Either way, the Montanas/Mountaineers are well-built rig. When buying a used one I think I'd look for what kind of care it has had. Check to see if it looks like it's had any damage, inside and out, including the frame. Any cracks in the fibreglass, etc. It's hard to say if a used one is good or bad as it depends so much on the care it has had.

We're probably not much help, so if you have any specific questions let us know.

Welcome aboard, redoak.

Welcome to Monty world. I, too, bought a formerly enjoyed unit. Have not been sorry for one moment. The key is the level of the prior owner's care for the unit. Mine was pristine, well appointed, well maintained and loaded with extras. Do a really good inspection, inside and out. Then enjoy it to the max.
