Picked Up Our New 2007 2955 from The Dealer

We picked up our 2007 Montana 2955RL from the dealer on Saturday and it's currently "resting" in our back yard, while we wait for the Nor'easter to pass.

Phyllis drove 'er home, while I just sat in the passenger seat in awe !

Our unit sure has a lot of nice features -- Keystone has done well.

The Delivery Inspection and "Training" went along just nicely -- our niece came with us and caught it on video, so we can review any pointers we need to.

I am missing a couple of owners manuals, but have put forth requests for those.

Our 1st trip out is scheduled for the May 4-6 weekend and we are really looking forward to our new adventure.

We have also made our reservations in Floridas for next winter -- we will be spending 6 weeks in Bushnell and 6 weeks in Winter Garden.

Thanks for all the good information on the forum -- the recent discussions about Power, Towing and Air Cards have been timely for our planning.

Isn't it a terrific feeling having a new unit sitting outside your house??? Because of the weather we're in looking out.
Hopefully this weather will pass and we will be able to get out and enjoy our new unit.

Congratulations on your unit. We love ours.

Ray & Phyllis,

Congratulations on your new rig. We have the brother rig to yours, the 2980RL and we are so very pleased with the size and floorplan as I am sure you will be too with yours.

Make sure you take everything in stride, take your time, listen to experience, and don't believe everything you hear!

....and if you have a question or can offer some advice, please visit the MOC family of friends.

rps: Congradulations on your new 2955. We got ours in Aug 66. It has treated us well. We spent last summer (10 weeks) at the USACE in Uxbridge, Ma. That is only a short distance from where you live. Down off 146 on the RI. boarder. It is a Day Park run by the Corp. We will be back up there about the 18th of May until the end of September. If you happen to get down that way, stop in. We will again be running around the area this summer. Maybe we can get together. Anyway, enjoy the new unit. Dick

We know you're gonna love the 2955. We just traded our 04 2955 in on a 3485 but the 2955 served us well for over 3 years of full timing and no real problems with it. Hated to trade it but the 3485 was too good a deal to pass on.
