Is there anyone else having problems getting their AC to cool the unit during the day but no problems with it at night,On a 90 degree day my ac’s will only cool to 80-85 degrees, I have a laser and it reads 68 degrees,Took to the shop and was told that this is normal,So I guess We are not suppose to use it during the summer months,This is a 2018 model and I don’t buy the bologna about that being the best it will do,Yes I took it to the selling dealer which is C/W,Only dealer near me that does Keystone warranty work,Next step I guess would be to call Keystone.☹️☹️

If you are saying that you have an indepentant sensor that says inside temp is 68, that is good but that the thermostat is reading 85, not good. In our unit, in high 90s, we set at 76 and between two ACs, maintain that all day. At night, temps drop. Many with poor ac operation discovered severe blocked ducting.

I added the 3rd a/c to my 3811. I have the oyster exterior so it is the lightest color and I spend my summers in southern New Mexico(work). I did find that air return air vents on the whisper air system were partially collapsed. I used the PVC pipe trick where I cut some 1" x 12" sections of schedule 20 PVC and inserted them length wise to hold the duct work open. It made a pretty good difference. But, if you are going to be in hot/humid climates in the sun I totally recommend the 3rd a/c. It is a "dump style" and blasts cold air strait in to the kitchen. It makes a huge difference. I also added a separate circuit so I can run all 3 at a time for 45k total BTUs. Annnnnnd.....if you are going to the C/W in Robertsdale... They are terrible. That is where I bought my 3811 from.

The first thing to do is take the return air vent covers off and make sure your filters are clean. Then look in the vents themselves and see if the ducts have collapsed. If there isn't a couple of inches of room in there then insert the PVC pipe. On my rig I cut every other rib off the supply vents to get more flow and also cut the supply base down some so it didn't protrude into the ducts themself. When all that helped a lot but didn't totally solve the problem I also added the third AC.
