It is mostly in the 3.999 to 4.00 around Savannah and Statesboro Ga. Can't seem to find a cheapy around here. I screamed and bitched for a week after it hit 3.00 but ended up like everybody else, just accepting it and going on with life. This is getting out of hand and if it takes a truck strike to help fix it then have at it.. Dave and Betsy
