On to Goshen...

We left Moraine View State Park near Le Roy, IL after attending our son's wedding, visiting family, and playing a few games of Mexican Train. Now we're heading to Goshen to do a drive-through so they can check to see if we're having any problem with our frame. Right now, we're between corn fields, near Lowell, Indiana, enjoying rural Americana. We stayed in the Monty for two week with only electricity. Of course, we were gone a lot.

You must have been gone a lot. We can't get that kind of timeframe out of our holding tanks.
Safe travels. Keep between the fences.

Actual time in the rig was closer to ten days, but one night was with two little granddaughters, so we did good.

Bill: As I remember the cornfields in IN, they come right to the edge of the pavement, no fences!

Judy: Please let us know the result of your trip to Goshen. Our trailer is being inspected by our dealer as I write.

John, Judy and Glen are in the second of four sites at the service center. We're in the first one. So, you and Donna come on down!

Steve do you own part of the plant, that makes it easier to get a spot? We are in the process of getting an appointment to have the frame checked out. We had our dealer do some work on it, and I think it was a waste of time, not good. Catch you later Larry & LaVonne

Good idea! (If we ever get our trailer back). I wonder if they would look at it if we just dropped in? Might be worth the trip just for the sake of the Mexican Train. We could be there in a day's drive.

Cruzin 2, the four spaces here at the Service Center are first come, first served....for the parking spaces. Two of the rigs here are about three days early for their appt. with Keystone but they're using the site. We were parked at the fairgrounds, held our breath and moved to this area, hoping that someone hadn't taken the last spot. I tried to get Steve and Vicki to stand in the middle of the last site with a sign saying "RESERVED" but, for some reason, they both refused. What are friends for, anyway???

John, I've heard of drop ins getting attention here. Might be worth a try. That's all we're asking them to do, just take a look. They made sure we understood that they couldn't work on our rig tomorrow. We hope to make an appt. around the rally time IF we need attention. We called the Customer Service number to get this appt.

Thanks for the reply letting us know about the fairgrounds parking, just in case we have to use it. Larry & LaVonne

CRUZIN 2, that parking that I described is at the Service Center at the Keystone complex in Goshen.

That black stuff under the bedroom slide is seperating. They fixed it with two pieces and black tape. What is the # there so we can make an appointment at the rally time. We are coming in way early and staying longer so we should get some kind of appointment.
Went to Camping World and spent a few bucks (like we can afford it after Mikkie). I got myself the Mexican train game. Going to start practicing so I won't look dumb. You guys don't play with "special" rules do you?

Carol

Carol, everybody seems to play Mexican Train with different rules. My number 1 rule is that I get to win, but nobody follows that rule! Anyway, we just establish the rules before we start to play each session and play that way for the game. They may differ from time to time depending on whom we're playing with. Best rule....have fun!

If you go to the intro page, where Glenn has all the links posted, click on the Keystone page and eventually you will find the number for Customer Service. We'll have an appointment around the time of the rally, too, even after the repairs they are doing tomorrow.

Keystone finished up all the work needed on our rig so we won't need an appt. in Sept. It was a pleasant experience and we feel much better about towing now that our frame is reinforced. Thanks you, Keystone.
