Water in & below R/F vegtable bin

We have a 2018 3791RD. We have a Samsung RF18HFENBSP 3-drawer. We have been in Clearwater, FL since mid September. Recently, we have been getting some water in the bottom of the vegetable drawer; also below the drawer too. I've been self-diagnosing the problem, but not sure of any resolution. I've leveled the R/F; cleaned out the moisture; and also changed the temperature settings. Any other suggestions?

Check the tray underneath the coils and make sure it hasn't shifted. Ours did and the water that should have drained outside was draining inside.

Ray and Susan,
Thanks. I've taken the toe plate off of the bottom and cannot see a tray. I remember our b&m house refrigerator had a tray. Do I need to remove something else to get to the tray?
Thanks again,
Mark & Ann

I think the tray beneath the coils is unique to the RV model refrigerator. Isn't your unit a residential unit? Not sure about the Samsung but our residential unit at home has a setting if moisture is building up in the box. If you don't have the manual go online and look under trouble shooting.

I think you will find that is a common issue with the Samsung Fridge. Don't recall if there's a fix or not. We have a Whirlpool and don't have that problem.

Thought report back in case there are any other Montana Owners with a Samsung 3-door refrigerator/freezer. Turns out Samsung has a very common flaw with these r/f.

I found a video on YouTube and was able to fix the problem myself. I bought the $6 part suggested in the video along with rubber pry bar for another $6. Otherwise, I followed the same procedure as the video and fixed my problem.

Hope this helps someone else.

Door seals that don't actually seal will cause water to build up also.
