I was trying to acess some of the Members show and tell and most to all fo the subjest by Fulltimedreamer and Various Members, will show a screen " Yahoo Geo Cities are no longer available". is this a tempory or perminate read for all the information that was there.

Geocities is gone forever. Like AOL, they shut down their free web sites.

You could PM Fulltimedreamer and ask if he's moved them somewhere else. He had LOTS of good stuff there!

OK, I guess there gone forever, what a shame, maybe he'll repost them in the future.

Our website used to be on geocities. We were given several months to either sign up to have them move us to Yahoo or find somewhere else for our website. Those who did neither just lost their website, which is what appears to have happened here. Those of us who had ours moved to Yahoo are paying for the webspace, but we were using the paid version of Geocities so it's pretty much a wash for us.
