Need New/Replacement Furniture?
When we bought our '08 3400RL from a repo lot, it was missing (among other things)the dining table and chairs. We ordered replacemants through a local Montana dealer and paid mega-shipping. F.Y.I., the furniture came from Somerset Furniture by Creative Wood Designs, 710 Gerber St. Ligonier, Indiana 46767 260-894-4533. And the fabric on the chairs matched our computer chair (it hadn't been ripped off)

Flair Interiors (flairinteriors.com) is Montana/Keystone's furniture supplier. They have been for several years. If you need any replacement or warranty issues, they are the ones to go to. Their products are bought in a competitive market and you will not get top of the line furniture through them just by default - read: low bidder on their materials.
Our furniture in our 2007 3400 Montana has held up fairly well for a camper, but not by household living standards...

I took out our 3400 dinning table and chairs,in fact if anyone wants them and in our area they can have them for free!
I had to glue the table with Gorilla glue because it came apart.
We went out and bought 4 chairs and a little bigger table which is one third weight of the original set, made better, and more sturdy. This set has a 4 legged table and comfortable chairs.
Cost: 149.00

When we bought our camper the previous owner had taken the furniture out of it. We went to Wal-Mart and bought a four-legged table with four chairs. We also went to a local furniture store and bought a queen size hida-bed which they loaded into the camper. This has worked just fine for us. The table and chairs has to be turned if we use then but they tuck away just fine on the side of the pull out.

We still have the original dining table and the desk chair. Every other piece of furniture in this Montana is home-style, aftermarket. Some day we may replace the table and chair, too.

The OEM furniture in our 06 3400 has held up well and better than we expected. We are long timers and the camper and the furniture are well used. We are waiting for some of this stuff to wear out or break so we can replace it.

Well we don't use RV funiture, we found most to be uncomfortable and poorly made, most very heavy. We have had most every type of those rocker recliners including the Ultra leather etc. Most of the time we removed it and gave it to Goodwill. This 5er we just special ordered we had them delete the chairs and couch, we never use the couch. We replaced the recliners with a Lazy Boy Love seat re-cline away which is in the door slide and use a Lazy Boy recliner in the rear and Montana uses the other area for his bed. And we never have to tie anything down and the Lazy Boy funiture is so much lighter and better made. I never understood why they have to make the RV funiture so heavy (Rocker recliners)?? GBY....

Rich,You'll lose a lot of weight if you get rid of the OEM furniture!
