Faded Nose Cap Graphic

Fellow RVer's

We have a 2003 3295RK Montana we keep in covered storage with the front cap exposed to the West. The Montana graphics on the nose has faded quite a bit over the last several years. (I tried waxing it two years ago but think this may have hurt more than help)

Does anyone have any suggestions short of removing and replacing the graphic?

As in previous inquiries, thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Schmill,
We have a 2002 3295RK which is not covered. The front end is exposed to the south and the door side is facing west. Both those sides faded, shrunk and cracked. The front was so faded you could hardly see the sun graphic! The only fix that I know of is to:
1. Leave as is. This looks terrible and is not acceptable.
2. Remove and leave blank.
3. Remove and paint.
4. Remove and replace with new decals.

We removed and replaced with new decals. A couple of years ago while at Quartzsite, AZ the group that was gathered took pity on us and removed our old ugly decals and put on new ones. The decals are holding up well. So far no shrinking, fading or curling. I hope they last at least a few more years.

Mine was badly faded I had the mountain and cloud scene hand painted and then clear coated. Looks like new and I believe it will out last the other decals.

Tony,
Would you share the approx. cost of the painting? If my decals go bad on me again I think I'd like to try paint if it is not completely unreasonable.
Thanks, Dennis
