Painting ceiling

Has anyone painted the ceiling on the inside of Monty,I have the brown stains and was wondering if anyone painted there's,if so did you use a sealer and then paint or just painted over the old paint if it is paint?

Yes we did on our old monty, that we traded off,used kilz primer then a coat ceiling paint.What a big difference it made more light and no more stains,it is a bit time consuming masking off trim, covering walls floor etc,but well worth the time.we will most likely paint Big Sky Ceiling in about another 2-3 years.
