Entry door window

Inquiring minds need to know.
Is the window in the entry door plain old glass, tempered glass, or laminated glass? Just plain old curiosity. I thought one of the unlucky folks that had had theirs broken by criminals might know.

For safety, it should be safety glass, I would replace it with that. Imagine the door slamming with the wind, holding your hand out to stop it, with something hard in their grip.......bad outcome.
