Keystone Phoned Back! UPDATE
Well I recieved a call from Tony saying that Keystone would send me a cabinet door right away and at no charge. I am just relieved that we will have a door soon! Thanks Keystone!
May 31, 2006 My door arrived today...no hardware but I have my door...box crushed terribly and a few dents on door ...but I got my door...Before burning the door (as suggested by pest control business) I was smart enough to save the hardware...Alot to go through but I got my door...

Campbud, as I mentuioned earlier, I this just felt like something that Keystone would handle. They have done this in every similar case that I have read about on this forum for the past 10 months.

bob and Kathy
So glad to hear that Keystone has once again come through with great service to their customers. You should post this with your original post so everyone will read it. Strange thing that happened to you but was certainly interesting.
Happy trails...........................
