I posted it because of the message in the song itself not for any Left Wing, Right Wing, On the Fence, Off the Fence or any other POLITICAL MOVEMENT! I liked the message in the video and song and what it said and that was all!! I didn't go any further than that and wouldn't. I sure h--l wouldn't be posting anything political here from either side or in the middle!! That's not me and never will be. IF I'm going to get on a soapbox on politics it wouldn't be here, it would be directly to my President, Senators and Representatives. Call me patriotic or not but I thought the MOCrs would enjoy it for the bare facts of it not anything hidden in it or anything down the road hidden behind some bush or something!! Maybe next time I see something like this, I'll just delete it and not worry about who I might offend or not here on the forum!!

Rondo - I agree with you 100%. When I heard the song I really liked it (and still do), but when I posted it on another site, someone pointed out to me that if you followed the links, you ended up at an "anti" site. My own interpretation of the song is it's telling politicians on both sides of the isle to wake up and start doing what the majority of Americans want - not just special interest groups.

Totally Tom! That's what I get out of the song also! There is to much "special interest" groups putting their noses in for profit or self advancement as far as I'm concerned and to many of both sides of the isle that are taking their donations just to get elected again! Scratch my back/I'll scratch yours mentality is not what our government was formed on and it's to bad it's gotten to that now-a-days! There has been quite a bit of stuff floating around about putting a whole new Senate and House into office over the next few years. That would be fine but who's to guarantee they won't do the same thing once they get in also! I guess you and I are just going to have to run Tom and get this government back working the way it is suppose to!!
